In February 2023 the minimum monthly wage is EUR 840, the minimum hourly pay – EUR 5.14.

At the beginning of the school year 2022–2023, there were 344.5 thousand pupils studying at the educational establishments providing education under general education programmes.

2023-01-31 Gross domestic product first estimate In IV quarter 2022, country’s gross domestic product (GDP) amounted to EUR 17.8 billion at current prices. The estimate was obtained through application of econometric models based on available statistical data. Compared to III quarter 2022, the real GDP change, seasonally and calendar adjusted, was negative and stood at 1.7 per cent.
