On 14,15, 21, 22 April, 11,13 May, within the framework of the EU project “Technical Assistance to Support the National Bureau of Statistics of the Republic of Moldova”, led by Società Geografica Italiana, ONLUS (Italy), experts of Statistics Lithuania consulted high level representatives of the NBS of the Republic of Moldova on reducing the response burden for respondents. This activity will be finalized by the end of June by preparing recommendations for reducing the response burden.

On 15,16, 18 June, the NBS colleagues were consulted on the European National Statistical Systems (NSSs): coordination and cooperation of the National Statistical Institutes (NSIs) with Other National Authorities (ONAs), and Other Producers of Official Statistics (OPOS). Though due to the COVID-19 pandemic all activities were carried out remotely.
