Among other priorities The State Data Agency strategy for 2023–2027 focuses on the 3rd direction “Ensure symbiotic partnership“, which envisages active participation in the development of the global statistics and EU legislative process, strengthening of communication and cooperation on the global arena / international scale, and sharing of best practices thereof.
Study visit of the representatives of the Statistical Committee of the Republic of Armenia to Statistics Lithuania
Within the framework of the Twinning Partnership with the Statistical Committee of the Republic of Armenia for the Project Implementation within the World Bank’s Implementation of the National Strategy Program for Strengthening of the National Statistical System, on 27–29 August, representatives of the Statistical Committee of the Republic of Armenia visit Statistics Lithuania. The objective of this study visit is to study the experience of Statistics Lithuania in the use of CAPI for household interviews in the Income and Living Conditions Surveys and poverty analysis. During this study visit, the European Union Statistics on Income and Living Conditions (EU-SILC) (background, objectives, method of data collection, questionnaire, data collected and indicators produced for poverty analysis) will be presented and discussed.
