Among other priorities The State Data Agency strategy for 2023–2027 focuses on the 3rd direction “Ensure symbiotic partnership“, which envisages active participation in the development of the global statistics and EU legislative process, strengthening of communication and cooperation on the global arena / international scale, and sharing of best practices thereof.
Meeting of the Representatives of the Baltic States’ Statistical Offices on the Preparation and Development of National Accounts
On 12-13 March, continuing the tradition of co-operation between the Baltic Statistical Offices, a meeting to discuss the preparation and development of National Accounts was held at Statistics Lithuania. During the meeting, specialists from Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania exchanged their experience in solving complex cases of the representation of macroeconomic phenomena in the system of national accounts, discussed directions and possibilities for improvement of statistics in this field.
