Compared with August 2025, the volume of organic raw milk of natural fat content purchased in August 2026 decreased by 17.24 per cent, and the average purchase price declined by 27.27 per cent. 

In August 2026, compared to the same period in 2025, the share of passenger transport by rail increased by 4.1 per cent, the turnover of passenger transport grew by 3.6 per cent.

In August 2026, the number of passengers who arrived at and departed from Lithuanian airports amounted to 775.5 thousand, which is by 10 per cent more than in the same period last year.

In August 2026, the amount of goods handled in Klaipėda State Seaport and Būtingė Terminal totalled 4.4 million tonnes and, compared to the respective period of 2025, increased by 5.3 per cent.
