Publications stored in the library archive of Statistics Lithuania were digitalised and placed on the Official Statistics Portal. The Database of Indicators was supplemented with two new domains – interwar and Soviet Lithuania.

Data for each period – interwar, Soviet and independent Lithuania – have separate indicator trees. Part of historic indicators is linked to respective indicators of modern Lithuania and can therefore be compared.

Users may use historic indicators in the same manner as modern statistics, i.e.:

• view more detailed information on a selected historic statistical indicator;
• compare different indicators for the same period;
• perform the main calculation functions;
• save formed tables in the user account or export them to available formats;
• share information in social networks.
