- From 2019, all statistical information (and information releases) on the Official Statistics Portal will be announced 2 hours earlier - at 9 a.m.
- One more news genre - "Data Base News" - appears. The said messages will publish information on the updates in the Indicators Data Base, key changes: https://osp.stat.gov.lt/duomenu-bazes-naujienos.
- From 2019, all information will be provided to the users free of charge.
- There will be no any subscriptions to paper publications and sale services either. All publications will be available free of charge on the Official Statistics Portal https://osp.stat.gov.lt/statistikos-leidiniu-katalogas.
