In II quarter 2026, against the same quarter of 2025, labour costs per hour worked in industrial, construction and service enterprises (individual enterprises included), calendar adjusted, increased by 9.6 per cent, of which in business enterprises – 9.8 per cent.
In 2025, donors provided EUR 378 million in support to Lithuanian legal persons, which is by 19.4 per cent more than in 2024.
In II quarter 2026, average gross hourly earnings in the whole economy (individual enterprises excluded) totalled EUR 16.04 and, against I quarter 2026 increased by 1.7 per cent.
In September 2026 the minimum monthly wage is EUR 1153, the minimum hourly pay – EUR 7.05.
It is forecasted that in II quarter of 2026, compared to the same period in 2025, the sales revenue of non-financial enterprises increased by 2, the cost of sales – 2.4, gross profit (loss) – 3.4 per cent, while general and administrative expenses decreased by 4.4 per cent.
