• Business service structure statistical survey is based on Regulation (EC) No 295/2008 of the European Parliament and of the C of 11 March 2008 concerning structural business statistics and Commission Regulation (EU) No 1209/2014 of 29 October 2014 amending Regulation (EC) No 451/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing a new statistical classification of products by activity (CPA) and repealing Council Regulation EEC) No 3696/93 and is described in Eurostat manual on the Production of Business Services Statistics Annex VIII of European Parliament and Council Regulation No 295/2008.

• Statistical survey on activity of service enterprises is based on Regulation (EU) 2019/2152 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 November 2019 on European business statistics, repealing 10 legal acts in the field of business statistics, Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/1197 of 30 July 2020 laying down technical specifications and arrangements pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2019/2152 of the European Parliament and of the Council on European business statistics repealing 10 legal acts in the field of business statistics, and is described in the European business statistics methodological manual for short-term business statistics (2021 edition).
