On Thursday, January 30, at 9:00 a.m., the annual conference “Key Economic and Social Indicators 2024” is organized by the State Data Agency (Statistics Lithuania).

Dr Jūratė Petrauskienė, Director General of the State Data Agency, will present the most relevant indicators from the past year, including GDP, demographics, foreign trade, commerce, industry, services statistics, wages, employment, and unemployment. The conference will review the performance of the country’s economy in 2024, examine changes in prices, highlight trading partners and newly opened markets, and address social and demographic changes occurring in our society.

The conference will be attended by the following participants, who will also answer journalists’ questions:

• Dr Jūratė Petrauskienė, Director General of the State Data Agency;

• Doctor of Sciences Dr Daumantas Stumbrys.
