Baltic States’ meeting over price statistics
On April 13–14, Statistics Lithuania hosts a meeting of Baltic States' statisticians over the further development of the price index system and implementation of new EU requirements. The meeting is attended by four specialists from Statistics Latvia and two specialists from Statistics Estonia. During the meeting, certain aspects and problems of consumer price index calculation, house price index calculation methodology, new EU requirements for short-term price indices and development of service price indices will be discussed.
