On 22–23 August, the representatives of the Central Statistical Bureau of Latvia visited Statistics Lithuania to consult about launching and certification of quality management system standard ISO 9001:2015. The specialists of Statistics Lithuania shared good practice in implementing the requirements of the said standard. The discussion covered setting and implementation of quality policy and goals, process and risk management, organisation and implementation of internal audits of quality management system, non-conformity management, measurement and analysis of quality indicators, change management, organisation of statistics users survey and assessment of satisfaction of users with statistical services, preparation of quality management system documentation and ensuring its relevance, etc.
