The Civil Service Department organises meetings of personnel managers of state and municipal authorities and agencies with the representatives of institutions which have already introduced and use advanced personnel management tools.

We invite the personnel managers of state and municipal authorities and agencies to actively participate in both processes – to share their experience with colleagues from other institutions and to participate in the meetings.

Presently, a meeting with the representatives of Statistics Lithuania is organised. During the meeting, the distinctive features of personnel management and advanced personnel management tools used at Statistics Lithuania will be presented.
