• The statistical survey on foreign-controlled enterprises is based on following legal acts, manual and recommendations:

  Regulation (EC) No 716/2007 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 June 2007 on Community statistics on the structure and activity of foreign affiliates; Foreign Affiliates Statistics (FATS) Recommendations Manual; OECD Handbook on Economic Globalisation Indicators

• Quarterly statistical survey on the main financial indicators of enterprises is based on Regulation (EU) No 549/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 May 2013 on the European system of national and regional accounts in the European Union and on Resolution No 569 of 16 May 2001 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania on the production of macroeconomic and related statistics of the Republic of Lithuania  (only in LT)
