At the beginning of 2023, the median age of the population of Lithuania was 44 years (for men – 40 years, for women – 47), i.e. by 2 years longer than at the beginning of 2013 (for men and for women – by 2 years each). At the beginning of 2023, the median age of men was by 7 years shorter than that of women.
