  • The house price index compilation is based on the Regulation (EU) 2016/792 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 May 2016 on harmonised indices of consumer prices and the house price index, and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No 2494/95, Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 2020/1148 of 31 July 2020 laying down the methodological and technical specifications in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/792 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards harmonised indices of consumer prices and the house price index and described in the Technical Manual on Owner-Occupied Housing and House Price Indices and in the Handbook on Residential Property Prices indices (RPPIs).

  • The service producer price index compilation is based on the Council Regulation (EC) No 1165/98 of 19 May 1998 concerning short-term statistics; Commission Regulation (EC) No 1503/2006 of 28 September 2006 implementing and amending Council Regulation (EC) No 1165/98 concerning short-term statistics as regards definitions of variables, list of variables and frequency of data compilation and described in the Eurostat-OECD Methodological Guide for Developing Producer Price Indices for Services.

  • The Construction input price index is based on the Council Regulation (EC) No 1165/98 of 19 May 1998 concerning short-term statistics, Commission Regulation (EC) No 1503/2006 of 28 September 2006 implementing and amending Council Regulation (EC) No 1165/98 concerning short-term statistics as regards definitions of variables, list of variables and frequency of data compilation and described in the Methodology of short-term business statistics Interpretation and guidelines.

  • The statistical survey on electricity prices is based on the Directive 2008/92EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 22 October 2008 concerning Community procedure to improve the transparency of gas and electricity prices charged to industrial end-users (recast).
