In 2022, sown area of agricultural crops amounted to 2.2 million hectares. Sown area of farmers’ and family farms made up 83.9, that of agricultural companies and enterprises – 16.1 per cent of total sown area. Compared to 2021, sown area decreased by 0.9 per cent. Harvest of spring cereals decreased by 8.3 per cent. This was determined by a 17.1 per cent decrease in harvested area, although yield increased by 10.5 per cent.
