E-commerce in enterprises
In 2022, 38.9 per cent of enterprises carried out e‑commerce, i.e. sold goods or services via computer networks: 37 per cent of enterprises sold goods or services via the Internet, 5.2 per cent – through electronic data interchange. E‑commerce was carried out by 58.9 per cent of large, 46.6 per cent of medium-sized and 36.4 per cent of small-sized enterprises. The largest share of enterprises that carried out e‑commerce was engaged in trade (50.2 per cent) and information and communication (48.6 per cent) activities.

In 2022, the volume of sales via electronic networks of enterprises which carried out e‑commerce, compared to total turnover, made up 15.5 per cent. The largest volume of sales via electronic networks of enterprises which carried out e‑commerce, compared to total turnover, was in information and communication (25.9 per cent), electricity, gas, steam; water supply, sewerage and waste management (21.9 per cent), and administrative and support service (20.3 per cent) activities.

In 2022, online selling was carried out by 37 per cent of enterprises. In 2022, 15.8 per cent of enterprises sold goods or services on the website or via mobile applications, 30.4 per cent – via e‑commerce websites.
