Sharing of information electronically within the enterprise
In 2021, 44.8 per cent of enterprises used the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software. The ERP software was mostly used by information and communication enterprises (68.3 per cent). In 2021, the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software was used by 32 per cent of enterprises, mostly by those engaged in information and communication activities (58.4 per cent). 32 per cent of enterprises used the CRM software for collection, storing and making available information on customers, and 21.9 per cent – for analysis of information on customers for marketing purposes.
