COVID-19 impact on ICT use in enterprises

 

At the beginning of 2021, 40.6 per cent of enterprises indicated an increase or temporary increase, due to the COVID‑19 pandemic, in the number of online meetings conducted by the enterprise, 11.8 per cent – in the proportion of employees having access to the e-mail system of the enterprise, 11.7 per cent – in the proportion of employees having access to ICT systems of the enterprise other than e‑mail, and 10.1 per cent – in e‑commerce.
