   Sharing of information electronically within the enterprise


In 2023, 41.9 per cent of enterprises used the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software: 74.9 per cent – in large enterprises, 52.1 per cent – in medium-sized enterprises, 38.5 per cent – in small-sized enterprises. The ERP software was mostly used by information and communication enterprises (63.1 per cent).

In 2023, the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software was used by 31.1 per cent of enterprises: 60 per cent – in large enterprises, 42.2 per cent – in medium-sized enterprises, 27.6 per cent – in small-sized enterprises. The CRM software was mostly used in information and communication activities (60.6 per cent).

In 2023, the Business Intelligence (BI) software was used by 11.6 per cent of enterprises: 59.5 per cent – in large enterprises, 22 per cent – in medium-sized enterprises, 7.6 per cent – in small-sized enterprises. The BI software was mostly used in information and communication activities (39.4 per cent).

In 2023, 13.1 per cent of enterprises shared data electronically with suppliers or customers within the supply chain: 38.9 per cent – in large enterprises, 19.9 per cent – in medium-sized enterprises, 10.7 per cent – in small-sized enterprises.

In 2023, 40.5 per cent of enterprises performed data analytics: 81.6 per cent – in large enterprises, 60.1 per cent – in medium-sized enterprises, 34.7 per cent – in small-sized enterprises. In 36.6 per cent of enterprises data analytics were performed by enterprise employess, 8.5 per cent – by external enterprises or organisations. Enterprise employees performed data analytics mostly on data about customers (17.5 per cent) and on data from transaction records (17.2 per cent). In 2023, 0.6 per cent of enterprises sold data or access to their data, 2.9 per cent – bought any data or access to data.
