Over a ten-year period (2022, against 2013), prices for consumer goods and services increased by 38.4 per cent. The highest (19.7 per cent) average annual inflation was recorded in 2022, deflation (-0.9 per cent) – only in 2015. Within the said period, the highest average annual price growth was recorded for goods and services of hotels and restaurants (76.3 per cent), housing, water, electricity, gas and other fuels (54.4 per cent), alcoholic beverages and tobacco products (49.2 per cent), food products and non-alcoholic beverages (45.2 per cent).
