Individual enterprises

In 2021, 9.3 thousand individual enterprises carried out their activity in our country, and they employed 34 thousand persons. Against 2020, the number of such enterprises decreased by 4.5 per cent, over a ten-year period – by 43.1 per cent. The number of employed persons kept on dropping at a similar pace. Income earned by them totalled EUR 1.7 billion and, against the previous year, increased by 10 per cent, over a ten-year period decreased by 16.9 per cent.
