   Enterprises using robots


At the beginning of 2020, robotic devices (industrial or service robots) were used by 4.6 per cent of enterprises: industrial robots – by 3, service robots – 2.6 per cent of enterprises (in 2018, 3.2, 2.4 and 1.8 per cent respectively).

Service robots were used for surveillance, security or inspection tasks by 0.5, transportation of people or goods – 0.6, cleaning or waste disposal tasks – 1.4, warehouse management systems – 0.8, installation and assembly work – 0.9, robotic store clerk tasks – 0.5, construction and renovation – 0.6 per cent of enterprises.
