Individual enterprises

In 2019, 10.6 thousand individual enterprises carried out their activity in our country, and they employed 40.7 thousand persons. The number of such enterprises decreased annually, against 2018 – by 5.5 per cent, over a ten-year period – 42.7 per cent. The number of employed persons kept on dropping at a similar pace. Income earned by them totalled EUR 1.6 billion and, against the previous year, decreased by 2.1 per cent, over a ten-year period – 11.1 per cent.
