In 2018, 1,312 Lithuanian-controlled enterprises abroad carried out economic activity in Lithuania, and earned EUR 8.5 billion income. They employed over 60 thousand employees.
The majority of Lithuanian-controlled enterprises were in Latvia (368 enterprises), Estonia (167), Sweden (147), Poland (111), Belarus (95), Russia (82) and Ukraine (61).
