Individual enterprises

In 2020, 9.5 thousand individual enterprises carried out their activity in our country, and they employed 36 thousand persons. Against 2019, the number of such enterprises decreased by 11 per cent, over a ten-year period – by 43.7 per cent. The number of employed persons kept on dropping at a similar pace. Income earned by them totalled EUR 1.5 billion and, against the previous year, decreased by 8.3 per cent, over a ten-year period – by 25.7 per cent.
