In recent years, changes in the number of healthcare personnel were marginal. At the end of 2022, there were 46 physicians, 11 dentists, and 78 nurses (including midwives) per 10,000 population.
In 2022, the number of hospital beds (except those for nursing) did not change much: there were 56 hospital beds per 10,000 population at the end of 2022.
In 2022, population per practitioner stood at 227 (in 2021, 224).
Healthy life years did not change much: in 2021, healthy life years of women – 60 years, men – 55 years.
